Kickstart holds group therapy once a week to give residents a chance to openly discuss there issues in an open and safe environment.
Throughout the course of treatment each resident will receive multiple opportunities for individual counseling with Mrs. Dodie Black.
Kickstart offers a wide variety of job opportunities for all residents. We have cultivated many employment contacts in hall county that offer residents chances to gain new skills and advancement in fields like welding, manufacturing, and construction.
We offer relapse prevention in multiple ways. We offer a graduation track that allows our graduates the ability return to the program when they graduate to mentor other residents who are still in the program. We also encourage our resident to build networks and connections within the recovery community to help aid in staying clean and sober. Throughout treatment resident are taught different tools and techniques in dealing with stress, cravings, and communication.
